Private Athlete Training
Private youth athlete training is designed to help athletes improve strength, speed, movement quality, and overall performance. Programs are tailored to each athlete’s age, sport, training history, and specific goals. We begin training athletes at age 10, with a strong emphasis on proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term development.
Programs are written in 4-week blocks with training options of 1, 2, or 3 days per week.
Semi-Private Athlete Training
Semi-private youth training offers the best of both worlds: individualized programming in a motivating small group environment. Sessions are capped at 4 athletes, making it a great option for teammates, friends, siblings, or athletes who thrive training with others.
Each athlete receives a personalized program with hands-on coaching attention to support safe, effective progress.
