Private Athlete Training

During individual athlete training, the program is aimed at the athlete’s individual goals. We offer athlete training beginning at age 10 with a heavy focus on proper form and injury prevention.

 

Programs are written 4 weeks per program. Current training options include 1, 2, and 3 days a week training options per 4-week program.

Advanced Pitching Evaluation

Our Advanced Pitching Evaluation is performed by one of our OnBaseU Certified Pitching Coaches and includes is a (1) hour assessment and movement screen for any position. We will analyze specific movements that play a role in how you move and throw, then we will take that information and detailed video footage gathered and send a comprehensive email with a follow-up phone call to go over all findings and results. You will walk away with better knowledge of your overall mechanics and what needs to be improved, adjusted or eliminated in your throw. This evaluation paired with our elite strength training program will take an athlete to the next level.

*Though this is stated as a pitching evaluation. this can be done for all throwing positions in baseball, especially catchers.

Semi-Private Athlete Training

Semi-private training offers a more individualized form of training for athletes and clients. Semi-private training is capped at 2 people per session and is a great option for teammates, friends or family members. Training offers personalized programs and coaching attention.

Programs are written 4 weeks per program.
Current training options include 1, 2, and 3 days a week training options per 4-week program.

1:1 Individual Pro Pitching Lesson

Our 1-on-1 pitching instruction experience offers you a customized (1) hour lesson or (4)-week program. Whether you want to increase velocity, develop pitches, get healthy or improve strategy, we can help you get to your peak performance, and keep you there.

Levels of Service for Athlete Training

Standard Training: 4-week customized program, proper warm-up and cool-down included each training day, 1 homework day to be done at home.

Elite Training: 4-week customized training, 1 homework day, Inbody testing to track muscle growth, sport specific testing with VALD, testing “report card”. This will provide you will all the numbers that coaches and showcases are looking for in one concise report. 

Premium Training: 4-week customized training, 1 homework day, InBody testing to track muscle growth, sport specific testing with VALD, testing “report card”. This will provide you will all the numbers that coaches and showcases are looking for in one concise report. In addition, you will have access to PFD Recruitment. With this you will get your testing report, InBody report and PFD Recruitment access. Premium training option puts you on the fast track to playing your sport in college.
